WHY I LIKE BEING ON OUR TEAM:  "Challenge to compete with the pro teams and the racers that I looked up to when I was growing up"
BEST RACING MEMORY:  "Winning at Las Vegas in Top Alcohol with my family and friends around"
WORST RACING MEMEORY:  "Sonoma in top fuel, when we had 2 oil downs in a row and missed qualifying by a few 100th's"
MY PERSONAL COMMENT:  "It's nice working with good friends that have the same goals as us and no one gets paid."
MIKE SEZ . . . "Lindsay taught me a lot about racing, he handed over the job of driving to me during the sand drag years. He's an important part of the team and is totally dedicated to our race team in everything he does."

RESPONSIBILITIES ON OUR TEAM:  "Crew Administrator, Bottom End, Cylinder Heads, and Truck Driver."
WHY I LIKE BEING ON OUR TEAM:  "It's what I have wanted to do ever since I can remember."
BEST RACING MEMORY:  "Being inducted into the 200 MPH Club at the Salt flats and helping Fred Rompleberg at the Salt flats for the bicycle world's record in 1995. There's lots of good memories of all our drag racing…. Too many to write them all down."
WORST RACING MEMEORY:  "Probably when we blew up the fuel car in Sonoma 2 years ago. It was definitely the worst explosion we've ever experienced."
MY PERSONAL COMMENT:  "It's hard work and long hours, not only at the track, but at the shop. I wouldn't trade it for anything
MIKE SEZ . . . Along  with all his other duties, Jeff keeps me safe checking and rechecking the car.  I know when I go down the track the car is as ready as I am.

WHY YOU LIKE BEING ON THE TEAM:   I've been around drag racing forever and I guess it's just in my blood. I know the Strasburg's from the Salt Flats and enjoy helping them run their car.
BEST RACING MEMORY: "Runnig Top Fuel with Jim Brisette, back in the 1970's"
WORST RACING MEMORY:   "I don't have one yet"

WHY YOU LIKE BEING ON THE TEAM:   "It's like having fun, (only different) really a ton of work, but the good runs make it all worthwhile."
BEST RACING MEMORY:  "So far, '07 WinterNationals - that 4.51 was long over due and on inspecting the motor after that run, I was even more "Jazzed" about it!"
WORST RACING MEMORY:   "Sonoma, a seemingly endless series of explosions with fire damage. I wanted to walk home, but, it was
just too far!"
MY PERSONAL COMMENT:    "I've been with this team for 28 years (Can anyone top that?) Sand Drags - land speed records at Bonneville. The fun just never ends."
MIKE SEZ . . ."I can always count on Curtis for the excellent job he does at the track and at the shop.  He's an exceptional machinist and fabricates whatever is needed plus he's been around since the start of our racing.  He's at the shop almost every night helping to get the car done for the next race."

WHY I LIKE BEING ON THE TEAM:   Working with the same group of guys with the common goal of getting this car down the track.
Best memory racing:  The 4.57 qualifying run at the World Finals last fall.
WORST RACING MEMORY:   Standing at the starting line after the 4.57 run and watch Mike go into the beach when the chutes didn't come out.
MY PERSONAL COMMENT:    "I consider the Strasburg clan as my second family.  I am thankful to be allowed to be a small part of the Strasburg dream."

WORST RACING MEMORY:   The last time we DNQ'd, lost a round or didn't go down the track.

WHY I LIKW BEWING ON THE TEAM:   Strasburg's are a great bunch of people, not to mention everybody else that       comes along. It's the most fun a person could have.
BEST RACING MEMORY:   When we beat Doug Kalitta in St. Louis 2005, after slaving in the miserable heat and getting bit by huge bugs.
WORST RACING MEMORY:   Driving from Denver to Seattle when the wheel bearing on the support trailer ran out of grease just past Coeur 'd Alene Idaho.
MY PERSONAL COMMENT:   People don't realize how much work it takes, but when you can beat Kalitta or Bernstien once in a while and run in the low 50's it's worth it.
